Elise and Steve: Summer Wedding at Cobblestone Wedding Barn
Steve and Elise had one of those weddings that’s impossible to put into words. I’m starting their blog with the pictures from their first look because they are the exact reason we love first looks so much... ALL THE HAPPINESS IN THE WORLD. Steve and Elise were smiling ear to ear from the moment they saw each other ‘til we exchanged hugs with them on the dance floor at the end of the night. THIS is what excites us about weddings and keeps us coming back for more every time- couples who are just so perfectly happy around each other, who want nothing more than a day of fun and celebration with people who share their excitement and their love for one another.
And in case anyone is wondering, other than the first look, a few of my personal favorite captures of the day were when Elise’s dad saw her for the first time (LOOK AT HIS FACE!!!!), when Elise’s niece was dancing and hamming it up during the getting ready, when the groomsmen were doing their portraits (they had SO MANY hilarious ideas and nailed every one of them) and when the dance floor was shaking from the wild ruckus taking place on it.
